[World Progress Politics Forum] Current Events Roundtable with ALBA member countries' Embassies — Venezuela, Bolivia and Nicaragua

On October 24th, the International Strategy Center participated in the Justice Party’s World Progressive Politics Forum’s October meeting, where ALBA member countries’s Embassies — Venezuela, Bolivia and the Nicaragua — discussed current events. The event featured Venezuelan deputy-Ambassador Arturo Gil Pinto, Venezuelan diplomat Juan Salas Monterosa, ​​Bolivian Ambassador Luis Pablo Ossio Bustillos, ​​and Nicaraguan Ambassador Wendy Palma. The round-table conference consisted of questions and answers from ambassadors from each country, focusing on how to carry out revolution and reform amidst the conflict and opposition of American military and economic pressure. Despite many difficulties, we learned of the impressive ways each country has created proactively built solutions regional problems through the autonomy of the people. It is also discussed how all three countries are currently suffering misunderstanding from the public due to distortion and fake news. Comparing and contrasting these Latin American nations to Korea was also very enriching.
